THE FOLLOWING ARE CONTEST RULES FOR "CTS1610 Winter Jam 2016 Contest" ("Contest") BROADCAST ON 89.7 KSGN ("Station") October 25, 2016 THROUGH November 9, 2016. THE CONTEST HAS ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES IN ADDITION TO BASIC CONTEST RULES.

  1. MECHANICS OF CONTEST:
    1. Contestant uses one or more methods of entry during the contest period(s) to win a PRIMARY PRIZE (winners chosen by the terms specified for each entry method) and and/or the GRAND PRIZE (winner chosen by random drawing from online entries and PRIMARY PRIZE winners from other methods).
    2. Prizes will be mailed to the address submitted with the entry OR made available at a specified pick-up location and time.  Winners' names may or may not be announced on 89.7 KSGN following their selection as prize winners.
  2. METHOD(S) OF ENTRY
    1. ONLINE: Contestants may enter for a chance to win a PRIMARY PRIZE and/or the GRAND PRIZE by registering at http://www.ksgn.com/contests
    2. ONSITE: Contestants may enter drawings in person at events where a Station booth has been set up.
    3. ONAIR: Contestants have an opportunity to win a PRIMARY PRIZE by responding to the radio solicitations during the ONAIR contest period(s).  The winning contestant will meet the criteria defined in the host's announcement, e.g. 7th caller, first correct answer, etc.
    4. GRAND PRIZE: Combined entries from ONAIR & ONSITE plus winners from ONAIR contest periods through 11/4/2016 will be entered into the drawing for the GRAND PRIZE.
  3. ODDS OF WINNING
    1. For ONLINE entry: Odds are unknown and depend on the number of entries submitted via the online form during the specified contest period.
    2. For ONSITE entry: Odds are unknown and depend on the number of entries received during the contest period for each event where entries are received.
    3. For ONAIR entry:  Odds are unknown and depend on the number of potential contestants attempting to respond to each contest solicitation.
    4. For GRAND PRIZE: Odds are unknown and depend on the total number of combined ONLINE and ONSITE entries plus the qualifying winners from ONAIR.

  5. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S):
    1. QUALIFYING PRIZE:  Four (4) General Admission passes to 'Winter Jam Tour Spectacular" on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.  Prize is valued at $40.00 ($10 x 4).
    2. GRAND PRIZE:  Four (4) Early General Admission passes to 'Winter Jam Tour Spectacular" on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.  Prize is valued at $200.00 ($50 x 4) and also includes:
      1. Winter Jam Jam Nation T-shirts (4)
      2. Jam Nation Platinum Access Passes (4)
      3. $5 Merch Voucher for use at any Winter Jam Merchandise table (1)
      4. Admission to Winter Jam Artist Q & A
      5. Tour of Winter Jam Bus
      6. Backstage Tour
  6. EXCLUSIONS:
    1. Prize does not include winner's travel expense or cost of venue parking ($10).
  7. Contest is further governed by Basic Contest Rules of Station.
