THE FOLLOWING ARE CONTEST RULES FOR "CTS1606 SWC Upgrade Contest" ("Contest") BROADCAST ON 89.7 KSGN ("Station") June 3, 2016 THROUGH June 10, 2016. THE CONTEST HAS ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES IN ADDITION TO BASIC CONTEST RULES.

1. MECHANICS OF CONTEST:
   1. Contestant registers for the contest on http://www.ksgn.com/contests during the contest period(s) to enter.
   2. Prize will be awarded on site at Spirit West Coast 2016 in the form of wristband access to the 89.7 KSGN VIP Seating.
2. ODDS OF WINNING
   1. Odds are unknown and depend on the number of entries submitted via the online form during the contest period.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S):
   • PRIMARY PRIZE: Four (4) VIP seat tickets to Spirit West Coast Festival 2016 on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA. Prize is valued at $100.00 per ticket upgraded (up to 4/$400).*
5. EXCLUSIONS:
   1. Prize does not include winner's travel expense or cost of venue parking ($10 cash at parking gate).
6. Contest is further governed by Basic Contest Rules of Station.
