THE FOLLOWING CONTEST RULES APPLY TO "CTS1604 Aspire 2016 Contest" ("Contest") BROADCAST ON 89.7 KSGN ("Station") April 24, 2016 THROUGH April 29, 2016.  THE CONTEST HAS ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES IN ADDITION TO BASIC CONTEST RULES.

1. MECHANICS OF CONTEST:
   1. Contestant registers for the contest on http://www.ksgn.com/contests during the contest period(s) to enter.  Winners will be selected by random drawing(s) at the conclusion of the contest period(s).
   2. Prizes will be mailed to the address submitted with the entry or made available at a specified pick-up location and time.  Winners' names may or may not be announced on 89.7 KSGN following their selection as prize winners.
2. ODDS OF WINNING
   1. Odds are unknown and depend on the number of entries submitted via the online form during the contest period.

      Prize is valued at $300 ($30 x 10).
      
      
5. EXCLUSIONS:
   1. Prize does not include winner's travel or any expenses other than the cost of tickets.
6. Contest is further governed by Basic Contest Rules of Station.
