The City of Highland is hosting a city parade on the Fourth of July, and are now accepting applications for parade participants by 5pm on Thursday, June 24th, 2021.
The parade is set to begin at the intersection of Base Line and Church Avenue. It will continue on Church north and south of Base Line and work its way west on Base Line to Central Avenue.
